Abstract
肺隐球菌病是由吸入环境中的新生隐球菌所引起的肺真菌病,由于其临床症状及影像学表现并不具有特征性,且确诊有赖于组织学和微生物学证据,故临床上易误诊为肺结核、肺癌等.本文回顾分析我院收治的2例原发性肺隐球菌病误诊为肺癌的病例,以进一步加强对该病的鉴别.
