隐球菌病是由新型隐球菌引起的一种亚急性或慢性深部真菌感染,对免疫功能受损或正常的宿主均可致病.隐球菌病主要累及中枢神经系统、肺部、皮肤和骨骼,亦可经血行播散至全身各脏器.本文报道1 例高龄老人皮肤隐球菌病继发血流感染,抗感染联合局部治疗后痊愈的案例,旨在提高临床医师对隐球菌血流感染的认识,现报道如下.
