Abstract
Caroli病又称先天性肝内胆管囊状扩张症,是一种罕见的先天性胆道疾病[1],属于Todani分型中的第Ⅴ型.其主要特征表现为肝内胆管节段性交通性囊状扩张,病变范围可局限于肝脏的一段、一叶,甚至弥漫整个肝脏.由于该病临床表现及病变范围的多样性,临床上常采用药物治疗、局部引流、肝切除术与肝移植术等治疗手段.随着儿童肝移植在我国的应用与推广,现将收治的1例小儿Caroli病成功行亲体肝移植术治疗案例报道如下.
