Abstract
卵巢癌肝转移的病例近年来多有报道,而卵巢癌肝转移灶向上侵犯膈肌,并通过膈肌侵犯肺叶的病例却罕有报道.本院收治1 例卵巢癌肝转移后侵犯膈肌及肺叶病例.手术入路为右侧第6 ～ 7 肋间,并切除部分第6 肋,术中联合切除肝转移灶、受侵犯的部分膈肌及部分右肺下叶,现报告如下.
