Abstract
化疗是肿瘤治疗的重要手段,但化疗药物在提高恶性肿瘤患者生存率的同时也具有心脏毒性.对于化疗药物所致心脏毒性的机制、监测、治疗等方面研究已有很大进展.目前已探明的主要机制有诱导心肌细胞凋亡、产生活性氧、改变线粒体功能、诱导基质重构等.干预化疗所致心血管毒性的药物,也基本通过改变以上机制起作用.
