Abstract
1 病例资料 患者男,35岁,因"高处坠落伤致腰背部、右足跟部疼痛5 h"于2018年3月27日入院.查体:腰背肌紧张,活动受限, L1 ～3 椎体局部叩压痛(+);直腿抬高试验: 左50°(+), 右80°(+); 右足根部青紫、肿胀;左侧髂腰肌、股四头肌、胫前肌、 长伸肌Ⅳ级,余未见明显异常.
