Abstract
肉瘤样肝细胞癌 ( sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma, SHC)是一种罕见的肝细胞癌,归属于肝细胞癌的特殊类型,包含肝细胞癌和肉瘤两种成分[1].SHC发病率低,病情进展快,预后差.国内外关于SHC 的报道少见,临床医师对其认识不足,术前极易误诊,治疗困难.2020 年3 月我院收治肉瘤样肝细胞肝癌患者1 例,回顾性分析其诊治经过,同时复习国内外文献,以期提高对本病的认识.
