Abstract
缺血性脑白质病是脑小血管病的一种类型,发病率随着人口老龄化的加剧逐年增加.目前西医治疗主要是通过控制危险因素预防病情的发展.陈志刚教授通过多年的临床实践,提出本病与年老体虚、久病耗损等病因有关,病机实质为"络损髓伤",治疗当以填精益髓、化痰通络为主,陈志刚教授以自拟活络益脑方临床治疗缺血性脑白质病疗效显著.
