Abstract
系膜细胞、内皮细胞、足细胞和壁层上皮细胞( parietal epi-thelial cells,PECs)是肾小球内的四种固有细胞.人们曾普遍认为PECs仅在新月体性肾小球肾炎的发生发展上发挥直接而重要的作用.但随着近二十年来对PECs的研究深入,不少学者发现PECs在1糖尿病肾病( diabetic nephropathy,DN)、局灶节段性肾小球硬化( focal segmental glomerulosclerosis,FSGS)等疾病中均可能发挥重要的作用.本文对PECs的细胞生物学及其在肾小球疾病发生发展中的作用进行综述.
