目前心力衰竭(心衰)发病率随人口老龄化而增加,诊断及评估心衰主要包括心肌标志物和心脏超声相关指标.由于心衰病死率高,早期诊断和评估危险分层及预后有着重要意义,而心衰的病理生理过程复杂,涉及到心肌重塑、神经内分泌系统激活和氧化应激等.因此心衰相关标志物的研究对其诊断及治疗有重要意义.
