Abstract
肿瘤仍然是全世界最常见的发病和死亡原因之一.目前,高达90％的肿瘤死亡是由远处转移引起的.循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)具有在远处器官建立转移的能力,可引起新的转移病灶,也被认为是实体肿瘤患者预后恶化的独立危险因素.CTCs的检测提供了避免侵入性组织活检的可能性,对诊断胃癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、食管癌等实体肿瘤复查及转移有着至关重要的临床意义.
