Abstract
顽固性痛风又称难治性痛风,常在急性痛风性关节炎迁延反复发作数年后出现,临床表现为慢性、多发性、破坏性关节炎伴痛风石形成和(或)尿酸性肾结石,对现有药物疗效差或频繁发作.笔者运用西河柳治疗顽固性痛风,疼痛缓解迅速,且病情复发明显减少,现报道如下.
