肩关节镜是治疗肩部损伤微创外科手术.肩关节镜手术患者人口基数大,有效处理围术期疼痛具有重要意义.多模式镇痛理念倡导降低单一药物消耗、减少药物副作用来提高患者早期功能锻炼并缩短住院时间.本文就围术期不同镇痛方式在肩关节镜中临床应用进行综述,为患者安全良好的围术期镇痛及住院质量提供理论依据.
