用眼过度、用耳过度及思虑过度与健康的关系 用眼过度眼睛是肝脏在外的孔窍,肝的络脉向上与眼睛相连.肝主藏血,能贮藏血液和调节血量.眼睛之所以能看见东西,全赖于肝血的滋养.如果肝脏的功能正常,供应眼部的血液充足,视力就好;反之,如果肝脏的功能不正常,上输到眼部的血液不足,那么眼睛会疲劳,甚至视力也会下降.
