Abstract
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率逐年增长,探究CRC的发展机制及治疗方案尤为重要.IL-6/STAT3信号通路是CRC发展的关键途径之一,可通过参与肠癌细胞的抗凋亡、增殖及肿瘤血管生成等多种恶性表型促进肿瘤发展.此外,临床研究表明,针对IL-6/STAT3信号通路的靶向药物对CRC的治疗有益,有望成为治疗CRC的有效药物.本文就该通路在CRC发展及治疗中的最新进展作一综述.
