Abstract
产前超声已逐渐用于监测早期妊娠及早发现胎盘水泡样变.完全性葡萄胎与胎儿共存(complete hydatidiform mole and coexistent fetus,CHM&CF)、部分性葡萄胎与胎儿共存(partial hydatidiform mole and coexistent fetus,PHM&CF)及胎盘间叶发育不良(placental mesenchymal dysplasia,PMD)超声均可提示胎盘水泡样变,而预后不同,使得鉴别诊断至关重要.本研究回顾性分析7例产前超声提示胎盘水泡样变孕妇,观察CHM&CF、PHM&CF及PMD超声表现及转归.
