阿戈美拉汀是一种新型的抗抑郁药物,除可以改善患者的精神状态外,还可以改善患者的睡眠质量.1例抑郁伴失眠状态的老年患者,服用阿戈美拉汀3d后,出现谵妄、幻觉,请药剂科、神经内科、心身科会诊排除其他原发疾病后,考虑与阿戈美拉汀药物不良反应有关,停用阿戈美拉汀后,患者谵妄、幻觉逐渐缓解消退,现有证据支持患者谵妄、幻觉与阿戈美拉汀高度相关.
