Abstract
患者女,61岁,出现了四肢远端反复发作的丘疹与鳞屑.病理活检可见明显的淋巴细胞亲表皮改变.免疫组化染色:CD3(+),CD8(+),CD2(+),T细胞胞浆内抗原(TIA)-1(+),CD30(-),CD4(-),CD5(±),CD7(±),CD20(-),GrB(-),兔抗人增殖细胞核核抗原单克隆抗体(Ki-67):＞10％,基因重排:T细胞受体(TCR)B(+),TCRG(+).诊断:CD30-D型淋巴瘤样丘疹病.
