Abstract
目前世界各国人民都受到新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染的威胁,体外研究和临床治疗中观察到阿比多尔(arbidol,ARB)有抗SARS-CoV-2活性,使其备受关注.阿比多尔是由前苏联研发的一种小分子吲哚衍生物,被批准用于甲型/乙型流感的防治.近年来的研究发现阿比多尔对多种病毒都有抗病毒活性,因其独特的抗病毒作用机制,为抗病毒治疗提供了新的突破口.为此,本文对阿比多尔的抗病毒研究进展做一综述,希望为进一步的临床研究提供参考.
