Abstract
Raf激酶抑制蛋白(Raf kinase inhibitory protein,RKIP)是磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白家族成员之一,能够负性调节丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPK)通路的活性,并参与到核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)、Wnt/β-catenin等多个信号通路的调节中,与有关细胞生长、增殖、分化、分裂、凋亡等的信号级联发生作用.在涉及到皮肤及皮肤肿瘤的研究中,RKIP被发现在皮肤的形成发育、分化、抑制肿瘤的转移及介导炎症反应中发挥着重要作用,该文将对以上几点进行综述.
