Abstract
菊苣酸,即二咖啡酰酒石酸,主要是从菊科植物中分离的咖啡酸类衍生物,具有抗炎抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、提高机体免疫等多种药理作用,然而其药效物质基础及作用机制尚不明确,因此本文从菊苣酸的植物来源、物理化学性质、药代动力学及其生物活性研究进展方面进行综述,以期为菊苣酸的合理开发和新药研制提供科学依据.
