Abstract
目的 采用液质联用法测定尼扎替丁原料药中的N-亚硝基二甲胺(NDMA)和N-亚硝基二乙胺(NDEA).方法 样品用30%甲醇溶解,涡旋1 min后,经液相色谱分离,用质谱法确认化学成分,外标法计算含量.质谱采用大气压化学电离源,正离子模式,多反应监测,NDMA定量离子对为75.0/43.0,定性离子对为75.0/57.9,NDEA定量离子对为103.0/75.0,定性离子对为103.0/47.0.结果 NDMA和NDEA的线性范围分别为0.9514~23.7838 ng·mL-1(r =0.9997)、0.09934~7.4582 ng·mL-1(r =0.9999),平均回收率分别为95.5%、97.3%(n = 9).6批原料药均未检出NDEA,NDMA的检出量远小于0.32μg·g-1的限度.结论 所用方法可用于测定尼扎替丁原料药中的NDMA和NDEA.
