Abstract
目的 研究红景天苷单体和坤复康片在大鼠体内的药动学特征,探讨药物配伍对红景天苷单体在大鼠体内过程的影响.方法 用LC/MS/MS法测定红景天苷和坤复康片在大鼠体内的血药浓度,估算两者的药动学参数.结果 红景天苷和坤复康在大鼠体内主要药动学参数AUC0?t分别为(587.11±35.02)和(956.35±47.65)ng·h/ml;cmax分别为(85.81±15.66)和(143.86±46.91)ng/ml,两者有显著差异.结论 坤复康片中的其他成分会影响红景天苷的吸收、分布和排泄.
