EPL/PCL/HA复合支架修复兔颅骨骨缺损的实验研究

Abstract
目的:观察EPL/PCL/HA复合支架能否用于骨缺损的修复.方法:20只新西兰大白兔颅骨上制备4个直径6mm的圆形贯通骨缺损,植入材料分为4组:1.BC,空白对照组;2.PCL组;3.PCL/HA组;4.EPL/PCL/HA组,分别在4周、8周时各处死10只动物.采用大体观察,micro-CT与硬组织磨片及组织切片等观察成骨效果.结果:EPL/PCL/HA复合支架在各时间点成骨效果均好于其他三组.结论:EPL/PCL/HA复合支架可以快速、有效修复兔颅骨临界骨缺损.
