遥控履带自走式桑园喷雾机的设计与试验

Abstract
针对桑园喷雾这一环节无机可用的局面,研制了一款遥控履带自走式桑园喷雾机,可通过远程控制喷雾机在桑园的郁闭环境中作业,实现作业过程的人机分离,避免药物对人体造成伤害.对喷雾机进行桑园性能试验,结果表明:在80m遥控范围内机具运行稳定,在风送辅助喷雾作用下药液具备较强的附着性和穿透性,雾滴平均覆盖率为90.03%,雾滴沉积率为109粒/cm2,能够满足桑园喷雾的农艺要求.
