Abstract
玉米秆脱叶机是针对玉米脱叶的农用设备,通过脱叶轮上的弹性脱叶片将无用的茎叶脱去,不破坏茎秆的组织结构.该零件结构复杂,零件干涉面较多无法在通用夹具和机床上加工出来,必须设计专用夹具才能保证顺利加工和精度.文章为该脱叶轮设计了一种专用夹具,能够方便、精确、批量的加工出该零件.
