常压室温等离子体诱变技术在选育微生物领域应用广泛,与传统化学诱变和物理诱变相比,具有无污染、突变速度快、易人工控制等优点.围绕细菌、真菌、酵母及微藻等方面研究常压室温等离子体诱变技术的应用,诱变菌株具有遗传稳定、产量高等特点,实际工业应用中提高经济效益.通过对常压室温等离子体诱变技术进行系统分析,为进一步常压室温等离子体诱变研究提供理论基础.
