Abstract
胸痛是急诊患者就诊常见的主诉,大多数急性胸痛患者临床预后好.胸痛主要由胸部疾病引起,少数可由其他部位的病变所致,患者有胸部闷痛、针刺痛、烧灼、紧缩、压榨感等,有时可放射至面颊及下颌部、咽颈部、肩部、后背部、上肢或上腹部,表现为酸胀、嘈心、麻木或沉重感等.
