Abstract
以炎性背痛为首发表现的青壮年男性患者,临床上应高度警惕"脊柱关节炎"的可能性,实验室检查和骶髂关节影像学检查对于进一步明确诊断非常重要.现报道1例以炎性背痛和多关节痛为首发表现,炎症指标升高且骶髂关节核磁提示"骨髓水肿",首诊为"脊柱关节炎",而最终被确诊为梅毒合并获得性免疫缺陷病毒感染的患者.
