Abstract
癌肉瘤是由恶性上皮成分和恶性间叶成分组成的恶性肿瘤,又称真性恶性混合瘤( true malig-nant mixed tumour),临床上较为罕见,可发生于头颈、食管、肝、肾、卵巢等部位. 涎腺癌肉瘤( sali-vary carcinosarcoma) 是发生于涎腺的高度恶性肿瘤,腮腺多见,约占 65％,颌下腺占 19％[1]. 本院于 2019 年 3 月收治 1 例原发于颌下腺的癌肉瘤,随访半年,未见复发,现报道如下.
