高血压是冠心病的独立危险因素,伴同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)＞10 μmol/L 的高血压称为"H"型高血压[1].在我国成年高血压患者中,"H"型高血压约占75％[2].循证医学证明,对于"H"型高血压患者,降压的同时补充叶酸可降低其冠脉血管事件[3].
