唾液污染对窝沟封闭剂微渗漏的影响

Abstract
目的 探讨唾液污染对窝沟封闭剂微渗漏的影响.方法 选取2018年1月～2020年4月于广东燕岭医院因正畸需要所拔除的122颗前磨牙作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组各61颗.A组无唾液污染,B组有唾液污染,两组均窝沟使用釉质成形术法处理.比较两组微渗漏情况.结果 A组微渗漏评分多为0分,其次为1分;B组微渗漏评分多为3分,其次为2分、1分,无0分;B组微渗漏评分为(13.74±1.15)分,高于A组的(1.11±0.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 唾液污染会增加窝沟封闭剂微渗漏,临床治疗前需加强牙面清洁度处理,以减少窝沟封闭剂微渗漏现象发生.
