Abstract
胎肺不成熟所致的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征,是导致早产儿死亡的主要原因之一.准确评估胎肺成熟度可指导临床选择更为合适的分娩时间,有助于降低早产儿病死率,具有重要临床意义.近几十年,已出现了多种预测胎肺成熟度的技术.本文主要就羊水生化检测及超声检测技术预测胎肺成熟度的研究进展进行综述.
