Abstract
临床进行血常规检测时,发生乙二胺四乙酸( EDTA)依赖性血小板聚集导致血小板假性减少的现象时有发生,常规解决办法为采集枸橼酸抗凝血或稀释标本对血小板重新检测,患者均需再次采集标本.武警河北总队医院检验科对1例出现血小板聚集引起血小板假性减少患者,采取一种新型检测方法,无需重新采集标本即可得到准确的血小板计数结果.
