Abstract
癌症是全球第二大致死疾病,与人类乳头瘤病毒( human papillomavirus, HPV )相关的癌症占所有人类癌症的4 . 5％,其中99 . 7％的宫颈癌与HPV感染有关.基于对HPV致癌的分子机制和人体免疫反应机制的了解,已经研发出多种治疗性疫苗,一些疫苗已进入临床试验,在不远的将来有望获批上市.本文综述了治疗性 HPV 疫苗的研发背景及主要种类.
