Abstract
多发性骨髓瘤（MM）是一种克隆性浆细胞异常增生的恶性疾病，多发于老年人，其发病率居恶性血液病的第二位，目前在我国其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。 18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖（FDG）PET/CT显像能够在分子水平上提供恶性肿瘤的增殖和代谢情况等信息，已有的研究结果表明，其在MM的诊断、分期、疗效监测和预后评估等方面具有重要意义。笔者对 18F-FDG PET/CT显像在MM诊疗中的研究进展进行综述。
