Abstract
利用6株玉米细菌性枯萎病菌(Pantoea stewartii subsp.stewartii,PSS)和29株相关菌株对报道的18对检测引物/探针的特异性进行测试.试验结果显示,其中16对引物/探针会出现假阳性或弱假阳性扩增,仅引物cpsAB2313F/cpsR和DC283ga1E/DC283galEc可以特异检测目的菌;两对引物的检测灵敏度分别为0.1pg和1pg.根据测试结果,推荐这2对引物用于检测玉米细菌性枯萎病菌,优先推荐引物cpsAB2313F/cpsR.
