木榫旋转焊接抗拉拔力的影响因素响应曲面分析

Abstract
选用樟子松为木榫旋转焊接材料,以进给速度、转速、榫径/孔径比为试验因子进行三因素三水平的响应曲面试验,并建立了抗拉拔力与影响因素的数学模型.结果表明:单因素试验影响显著性排序为榫径/孔径比>转速>进给速度,结合响应面与等高线图,交互因素影响显著性水平为不显著.通过数学模型优化工艺参数组合,在进给速度为16 mm/s、转速为3000 r/min、榫径/基材孔径比为12/8时,得到最大抗拉拔力2197.4 N.
