聚乙烯亚胺改性竹质活性炭对六价铬的吸附性能研究

Abstract
为评价竹质活性炭表面官能团对Cr(VI)吸附能力的影响,采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性处理KOH和FeCl2·4H2O活化法制备的竹质活性炭,对比了两类改性活性炭理化结构特征,并对其Cr(VI)吸附性能进行评价.结果表明:改性处理有效增加了两类竹质活性炭表面胺基数量,氮元素含量分别提高了8.34%和8.22%,且较为均匀分布于活性炭孔隙结构中.改性处理导致两类活性炭的比表面积分别下降186.05 m2/g和205.82 m2/g,但对Cr(VI)吸附量提高了38.8%和32.2%.此外,竹质活性炭孔隙结构能够有效调控吸附速率,而含氮和含氧官能团的数量对最终吸附量起主导作用.
