番茄作为茄果类蔬菜,因营养丰富、风味独特,既可以生食、煮食,又可加工制成番茄酱、番茄汁或整果罐藏等优点,深受人们青睐.随着消费水平的提高和人们对安全优质果菜需求的增加,有机农产品越来越受到人们的欢迎.为了进一步提升种植户有机种植水平,推动番茄产业提质增效,笔者总结生产实践经验,以期指导番茄的有机生产.
