Abstract
辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)是辅助性T淋巴细胞中的一个特殊亚群,因主要分泌白细胞介素17(Interleukin 17,IL-17)和其他炎症细胞因子而得名,其中IL-17包括了IL-17A～F 6种相关细胞因子.以IL-17A为代表,它在慢性气道炎症性疾病中可与成纤维细胞、上皮细胞、平滑肌细胞表面的受体结合激活免疫反应,诱导中性粒细胞的增殖和聚集,造成气道上皮损伤,介导纤维化的过程.本文就Th17细胞及其分泌的IL-17A在慢性气道炎症性疾病中作用的研究进展做一综述.
