Abstract
慢性乙型病毒性肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒持续感染引起的肝脏弥漫性损害,核苷(酸)类似物( Nucleoside/nucleotide analogues ,NUCs)是治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的一线治疗药物,而NUCs以口服给药方便、可用于失代偿期肝硬化者在临床应用广泛.目前常用于乙型病毒性肝炎的NUCs有5种,包括拉米夫定( Lamivudine , LAM )、替诺福韦( Tenofovir , TDF)、替比夫定( Telbivudine , LdT )、阿德福韦酯( Adefovir , ADV)和恩替卡韦(Entecavir,ETV)[1].本文通过对1例核苷酸药物导致肾损伤的病例分析,旨在提高临床对核苷(酸)类似物肾损伤的认识,减少不良反应的发生.
