Abstract
通过测定乳杆菌RS26和片球菌RS33菌液不同稀释度的OD值,结合平板菌落计数结果,建立了两种试验菌OD值-活菌数回归方程:乳杆菌RS26 y= 3.167x+0.314,r2 =0.998;片球菌RS33 y=2.075x+0.070,r2 =0.997.结果表明:可以通过OD值进行乳酸菌活菌计数,并且具有迅速、简便、准确等优点.
