Abstract
主动脉肠瘘是指主动脉与其相邻肠道发生病理性沟通,分为原发性和继发性两类,是一种罕见的消化道出血原因.该病病情凶险,严重威胁患者生命.临床上主要表现为消化道出血、腹痛和腹部搏动性包块,但多不典型.本文报道绍兴市中心医院成功救治原发性主动脉空肠瘘1例,并结合国内文献报道进行回顾性分析.
