牡丹江野生鹿血中伯氏疏螺旋体分子检测

Abstract
为了解牡丹江地区野生鹿自然感染伯氏疏螺旋体的情况,2019年6月间在牡丹江海林市采集20份野生鹿血标本,应用普通PCR对鹿血标本进行5S-23S基因片段的扩增和测序,并将所得序列与GenBank中的项序列进行分析.结果检出7份阳性样本,阳性率为35％,序列分析发现伯氏疏螺旋体在有2个基因型,分别是Borreliella afzelii和Borreliella garinii.研究结果表明,该地区野生鹿存在伯氏疏螺旋体自然感染.
