Abstract
为了优化卡亚(Cnidoscolus aconitifolius)的扦插繁殖技术,以卡亚当年生半木质化嫩枝为试验材料,探究不同生根剂种类和浓度以及不同基质对不同品种卡亚扦插生根的影响.结果表明,将卡亚插条在500 mg/L的IBA溶液中处理2 h后,扦插于基质3(椰棕:泥炭土=3:1)中,其生根效果最佳,生根率可达93.15％,平均根数为24.53条,平均根长为32.90 cm.'Chaya'品种有更好的生根效果.
