Abstract
检测青海省海南藏族自治州部分地区喜马拉雅旱獭体表寄生蚤,观察立克次体感染情况.将检测出的立克次体阳性样品用qPCR反应产物进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析,在70匹寄生蚤中1例阳性染疫蚤扩增出目标带,首次发现青海染疫蚤携带立克次体.
