Abstract
实验应用气相层析质谱仪开发饲料中林可霉素残留检测方法.饲料经5％甲醇溶液萃取及卡瑞试剂沉淀蛋白质后,以hydrophilic-lipophilicbalance(HLB)材质固相萃取管纯化,再以N-methyl-N(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide(MST-FA)衍生化反应,使用内标准品检量线定量,所开发出的方法可成功地应用于饲料中林可霉素的残留检验.
