栾树无性系抗旱性差异研究

Abstract
以2个栾树(Koelreuteria paniculata)优良无性系"滕选"4号、5号为材料,以北栾为对照,通过盆栽持续干旱处理,系统研究了供试无性系外部形态及内在生理生化指标变化.运用隶属函数法,综合比较了其抗旱性差异.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫加剧,土壤含水量持续下降;各供试材料叶片逐渐萎蔫下垂、变黄、干枯、部分脱落,嫩茎变细软;苗高增加变缓,生长率排序为"滕选"5号、"滕选"4号、北栾;叶绿素含量呈降低-升高-降低趋势;净光合速率显著降低;脯氨酸含量变化趋势不同,"滕选"4号、5号升高,北栾先升高后降低;SOD活性呈升高-降低-升高-降低趋势;MDA含量"滕选"4号、5号总体呈升高趋势,北栾先升高后降低.隶属函数法分析表明,3个无性系抗旱性由高到低为:"滕选"5号>"滕选"4号>北栾.
