Abstract
绵羊Fec B基因是BMPR-IB基因的A746 G位置的突变,导致249位置处的谷氨酰胺转变为精氨酸,从而引起一系列的生理效应.本文阐述了Fec B基因的由来、定位、生理效应、国内绵羊群体的Fec B基因的研究进展及Fec B基因在国内的应用,以期促进我国绵羊多胎繁殖基因的导入,提高绵羊群体的繁殖能力.
